Just Thank You

I just wanted to create a way to do things for yourself. I think it’s important during this time of the year to reflect on ourselves, and not just to focus on what you can do for someone else. Fall and winter season is all about hunkering down, slowing down, and being more still. It’s a time for transformation. It can be an enlightening time as well. We focus on ways we elevate what we have or who we are, but not on what we are grateful for. We spend less time being present with what is. Who we are when we look into the mirror every day. The small deeds that go overlooked, the moments of peace and stillness are fewer in between the chaos of home, work, and relationships of all dynamics.

So I created this 30 day challenge. Episode 2 gave some insight to what the Thank you Challenge is.. It’s a gratitude reminder , a wellness reminder, a tune into You reminder.
